L-mobile’s general terms and conditions
Our general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries, works and services provided by the Löchner group AG plus affiliated companies L-mobile solutions GmbH & Co. KG, L-mobile infrastructure GmbH & Co. KG, L-mobile Systeme GmbH & Co. KG, L-mobile log 2.0 GmbH and L-mobile swiss AG, hereafter all referred to as L-mobile. We will gladly inform you about the current general terms and conditions via e-mail.

Liability for content
As set out in section 7, clause 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider, we are only responsible for our own information that we have made available on our website, in accordance with general law. However, in accordance with sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we are not obliged to monitor information from third parties that has been transmitted or saved via our website, nor to research circumstances that indicate unlawful actions. Unaffected however are any possible obligations on our part to remove or block the use of information, in accordance with general law. In such cases, we can only be held liable once we have been made aware of a specific unlawful action. As soon as legal infringements become known to us, we will immediately remove the respective content from our internet presence.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external third party websites. We do not have any influence over the content of such linked sites. Despite careful monitoring of such sites’ content at the time that links were made, we cannot accept liability for the content of external links. The operators of such linked sites are solely responsible for their own content. Without a specific indication of legal infringement, it is not reasonable for us to continuously monitor the content of external linked sites. In the event that we become aware that external linked sites infringe the law, we will immediately remove the respective link(s) from our website.
